New it would happen didn’t want it to!

Well, I knew this day would come.  The first day I just don’t have anything to say or blog about.  No weight loss story, no wisdom from the journey, no shocking weight-in results.  Just plain old nothin!!!  Hopefully I will get some inspiration soon for some posts but I am just in this freakin’ lul’ right now.  Sorry about that.  See ya later alligator.

Come on you must have something to say. I have never seen you at a loss of words 🙂 HA HA HA. So how did the WI go? You must have something to report. Now I didn’t watch TBL so you must have some recaps to post for those who didn’t get a chance to watch it. Come on on know you can do it.. Just put down the soda and start pressing on the keys 🙂
Hope all is well though.. I had another episode of Bronchitis and been trying to recuperate as best as I can. I also posted about a realization I have come too and it’s a good one for me.
Take it easy and have the best day possible, in all departments.

Thanks Rob. I did go to weigh in and I lost .2 lbs. I did not watch biggest loser last night. I had to mow the lawn because today it is supposed to rain.

Oh how I miss the rain. Then again we are lucky if it rains twice a year here, were you deal with it all spring, summer, winter and fall. I still enjoy it though. Nothing like the smell of fresh rain and a mowed lawn.
Since You forgot you food for the day I am hoping that you’re able to still make some healthy food choices. By the way a loss is a loss, no matter how big or small. So good job on that.

HEHEHE…see that is what you get for setting yourself and us up for a blog everyday!!! I don’t blog everyday…so people don’t expect one!

Don’t worry about whether you have something to say…better to hold off and write something real and true than jsut drivel because of an obligation to do so!!!

I’ve felt that way sometimes, too, Jason. Sometimes we just really “got nuthin” — it’s ok — enjoy your day “off” from writing. Sometimes I just don’t want to delve into anything blog-weight-food-exercise-related. You’re not alone.

No input from The Biggest Loser? I always look forward to reading what you have to say.

Even the greatest writers have days where they have nothing to say. It’s ok. We still love ya. Don’t feel like you have to blog every day. We get it. I don’t blog every day. I took a break from blogging at one point cause I was blogging just to blog cause I felt like I had to for my readers. I was starting to be unauthentic. Please don’t let that happen. I reevaluated why I blogged. The main reason for me is that I can have a journal of my journey. It was for me first and my readers second. We appreciate your blog and what you write, but understand if you don’t write. Like I said. It’s OK. Have a blessed day.
