All done!!!!

I am all done with all running for my 100 mile race.  I will not run again until I start my race.  I leave on Thursday.  This week I will be refreshed and rebuild my body with rest.  I am entering into a new phase in my running.  I will be attempting what I have not attempted before.  And I look forward to that.  Hope you all will be cheering for me and thinking of me on that day.  Race starts on Feb. 6th at 6 am and ends on Feb 7th at 12 pm.  That is a lot of running.

I am trying so hard to get back on track with my eating.  This is no easy task as I have built up bad habits AGAIN that compromise my journey.  But all in the same, this is still part of my journey.  I am not afraid of these bad habits, I know how the change them, but it is not easy for sure.  So to that I also say I am all done.  Done doing that stuff.  Done not treating myself kindly.  Done with unhealthy living.  I say yes today to treating myself with love and respect and health

Just want you to know my whole senior group and I are keeping you in our prayers. We all wish you a safe and injury free run. I know you will do the best that you can because that is you. I’m so glad you wont be there alone and you’ll have someone there to support you. We all love you and believe in you Jason. Good Luck.

Hola Jason! I’m sorry I’ve not been able to post a comment the last week and 1/2, but I’m preparing to move Weight Watchers Chica to a new place online! I’m not sure if you saw, but the road to receiving the “juicy” (ok, a bit exaggerative there) details is on the homepage of my website!

Still, I love seeing everybody’s new blog posts come through! I’m staying in the loop from afar. I can’t wait to read details about the upcoming success you will soon have with the 100 mile race! Amazing job on all that you’ve accomplished so far in training!

You are about to accomplish what some people aren’t even able to imagine ever doing. You, Jason, will do this and serve as a testament to far more people that you may think! My prayers will be with you! Sending you huge e-blessings and smiles!
